To the Anonymous person who said a 14 year old boy should eat only 10-15 grams of fat per day I would just like to point out that this is totally wrong information to give out to a growing boy! They NEED TO EAT 25-30 grams of fat per day for their, bones, teeth, hair etc so unless you know what you are talking about shut up!
i am 13 and i eat 40 grams of fat per day without gaining any weight. i am very active. the amount of fat would vary between 25-35 depending on exercise
