Lebanese chicken and potato is a baked recepie take 8 pieces of chicken and 8 peeled potatoes and crushed garlic olive oil and lemon juice put all the chicken potatoes in a large baking dish and season with white pepper and salt pour all the lemon juice olive oil and garlic and cover it with a foil and bake in a pre heated oven in a 245 degree for 30 minutes and the chicken is made
