Peach Cream Pie With Blackberries
1 1/2 cups walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lavender flowers
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 mediums peaches, ripe with skins
3 tablespoons Honey
2 1/2 cups blackberries
Place all crust ingredients in a food processor
Pulse until a ball starts to form.
Arrange 2 cups of blackberries on the bottom of the pie, making sure it only fills one single layer inside the crust.
Pour peach filling over berries and chill two hours or more. Decorate with remaining berries, lavender flowers and Love.
