potatoes
, diced
2 tablespoons
butter
Salt
pepper
1/2 pkg. dry
onion soup mix
Heavy foil
Preparation
1
Line a medium
baking
dish
with foil using enough to cover
top
too. Put in diced potatoes,
salt
and pepper. Dot with butter and sprinkle with soup
mix.
Close foil and
seal
tightly.
Bake
at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
