Quay Po Cooks
120-144 pieces (a large batch of cookies)
Beginner

Here is a simple yet delicious cookie recipe largely adpated from the late Vivien Quahe-Seah's cook book "Food for Thought" which I would like to share with you. Vivien is a good friend of Seok Eng who is our dear friend in Singapore. Vivien died on 14 December 2002 at the age of 47 after fighting a brave battle for four years against breast cancer. She was an inspiration to all and especially those who suffered the same illness. Although I had not met her in person, I have high respect for her and I marvel at her courage and strength to complete a beautiful cook book during her remaining days and donate all the proceeds of the sale to charity.
