Easy Taco Soup

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 box (32 ounces) beef broth

1 can black beans rinsed and drained

1 package taco seasoning

1 can corn with sweet peppers

Toppings can include:

Crushed tortilla chips

shredded cheese

Preparation

In a large pot, brown the beef and then drain off the fat.

Add broth to beef, beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning.

Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Stir in the corn and serve
