[edit] Ingredients

box Stove Top stuffing mix

1

sm. onion, chopped

1

stalk celery, sliced (optional)

½

c. mushrooms, sliced

1

sm. can sliced ripe olives (optional)

2

tsp. butter

Parsley, fresh is best, to taste

Sweet basil to taste

Black pepper to taste

c. seafood you like

Step 1

Prepare stuffing according to directions using chicken broth in place of water.

Step 2

(Examples - shrimp, oysters, crab meat, lobster, clams).

Step 3

Saute onion and celery in butter until translucent, lower heat, add mushrooms, olives, parsley, basil and pepper. Continue cooking approximately 2 to 3 minutes then add seafood. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add this mixture to the prepared stuffing. If this seems too dry add more chicken broth to achieve the desired consistency. Place in shallow baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
