vinegar
3/4 cup
barbecue sauce
1/2 cup 7-UP
1/2 head
garlic
, chopped
3 teaspoons
salt
1 1/2 teaspoons
pepper
1 teaspoon
MSG
(Accent)
1 1/2 cups
sugar
Preparation
1
Mix
all ingredients except pork in a large bowl or pot. Add pork and
stir.
Cover; let stand 3 days,
stirring
occasionally. Do not
refrigerate.
(Don't worry--it
tastes
great!) Put on
skewers
and
barbecue
