Lemon - Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
cup lemon juice
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh or dried rosemary, crushed
2 whole med. chicken breasts (1 ½ lb. total)
Preparation

For marinade, combine lemon juice, oil, fresh or dried rosemary, salt and pepper. Skin and bone chicken breasts. Cut in half lengthwise. Place chicken in a plastic bag. Place bag in bowl. Pour the marinade over chicken. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
