Ikea Pancake Cake

Ingredients

8 Swedish Pancakes
10 ounces whipped cream
20 fresh strawberries
6 ounces strawberry jam
Confectioner's sugar, for dusting
Sprig of fresh mint, for garnish

Preparation

Whip the cream; set aside

Rinse the strawberries, and remove stems and leaves; cut into halves.

Make alternate layers of pancakes, whipped cream, and jam. Place strawberries on top, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar, and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
