Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Egg

Preparation

In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients; beat until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Chill to blend flavors. Store leftovers in a clean jar.
