Stuffed Lychee

Ingredients

2 cans (20 Oz.) whole seedless lychee draine
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
ounce Crystallized ginger, finely chopped
Chopped macadamia nuts, (garnish)

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and ginger. Stuff mixture into lychee with small spoon, butter knife or a pastry bag. Chill. Garnish and serve.
