Ingredients
2 pounds
carrots
, cooked
mashed
1 cup cracker or
corn flake
crumbs
1 cup
milk
3/4 cup grated sharp
cheddar
3/4 cup soft
butter
(can use less)
1/4 cup grated
onion
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
3
eggs
Preparation
1
Combine all but eggs.
Beat
eggs until frothy and
fold
into
carrot
mixture. Pour into greased 10 x 6
dish
and
bake
at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
