Apricot Glazed Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

3/4 cup apricot preserves
2/3 cup bottled Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
5 pounds whole chicken

Wash and pat dry the chicken

Combine the other ingredients in a small bowl

Place bird into crockpot and spread mixture all over it

Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours
