Zucchini Split Pea Soup

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups yellow split peas soaked overnight
5 cups stock
1 tablespoon ~vegetable oil

Preparation

Heat the oil and cook the onion.

Add the diced zucchini and cook for further 2-3 minutes.

Add the peas, the stock and turmeric to the pan and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer until the split peas are tender.

Serve immediately to warm yourself up.
