Zucchini Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups
yellow split peas
soaked overnight
1
onion
3
zucchini
5 cups stock
1/2
ground
turmeric
1 tablespoon
~
vegetable oil
salt
and
pepper
Preparation
1
Heat
the oil and cook the onion.

Add the diced zucchini and cook for further 2-3 minutes.

Add the peas, the stock and turmeric to the pan and bring to the
boil.
Cover and
simmer
until the split peas are
tender
.

Serve
immediately to
warm
yourself up.
