Ingredients

1 packet Yeast
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Water, lukewarm
3 1/4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine 2 3/4 cups flour and the salt. Stir yeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough forms. On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 10 minutes, working in up to 1/2 cup more flour, until dough is no longer sticky.
