Avacado Dip

Ingredients

3/4 cup Sieved avocado
1 1/2 teaspoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons Minced parsley
3/4 teaspoon Celery seed
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 dsh Tabasco sauce, more or less
1 teaspoon Grated onion
1/2 teaspoon Prepared mustard

Preparation

Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other ingredients, blend well. Chill.
