Pineapple - Chicken Cheese Melt

Ingredients

1 can (20 oz.) Dole sliced pineapple
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon dill weed, crumbled
toasted
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Drain pineapple, skin and bone chicken, cut each in half and pound flat. Saute in butter until golden brown and sprinkle with salt.

Combine Miracle Whip, onion and dill weed. Spread mixture over muffin halves. Place 1 piece of chicken on each half, top each with pineapple slice. Spread remaining Miracle Whip mixture over muffins, sprinkle with cheese and broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
