cup grated cheese |

small can diced green chilies |

tablespoon butter |

cup salsa |
Step 1 |
Lightly butter one side of one tortilla. Add the tortilla to a preheated skillet big enough to take the tortilla. |
Step 2 |
Sprinkle chopped green chilies and cheese over the bottom tortilla. |
Step 3 |
Top with the other tortilla. Place in a skillet and watch carefully so that bottom does not burn. Flip and toast the other tortilla. Cut in wedges. |
Serve as an appetizer, snack or meal with salsa on the side.
