Meat Gelatin Dish

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 sm. onion, grated
1 can lunch meat, cubed into ½ inch cubes

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. When the gelatin begins to set, add all the other ingredients. Serves 4.
