Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon grated asiago or parmesan cheese
Sugar or honey to taste, if desired

Place all ingredients in a small bowl, mix with a wire whip until blended
