Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds
Flank steak
2 Jalapeno peppers,, chopped
1 Onion,, chopped

Garlic
cloves,, crushed
2 Tomatoes,, chopped
1 small Bunch
cilantro

Lemons
, peeled,, white pith removed
2
Limes
, peeled,, white pith removed
Olive oil
Black pepper
Preparation
1
Place steak in a nonreactive
dish.
In a
blender
puree
remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over steak and
turn
several times to
coat
with marinade.

Cover and
refrigerate
at least 4 hours.
