Ingredients

3 tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 cups Fresh cream
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese, (Italian)
1/2 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and freshly ground white pepper
A tiny pinch of nutmeg.

Preparation

1. Melt butter in a pan.

2. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.

3. Reduce sauce until it begins to thicken

4. Stir in cheese off the heat.

NOTES : You may add any of the following: smoked salmon. prosciutto, mushrooms cooked in butter
