Super Easy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4
chicken breasts
1
can
Cream of Mushroom Soup
1
can
Cream of Chicken Soup
1
head
broccoli
3 Tablespoons
Curry Powder
1 Tablespoon
Crushed
Red Pepper
1/2
soup
can of
milk
to thin
Preparation
1
Simmer
chicken breasts in pan with water until cooked throughout,
shred
and line the bottom of an 8x8 deep
dish
pan or glassware.
Steam
and
shred
broccoli and layer over the
shredded
chicken.

Mix
together in
separate
bowl, soups,
seasonings
and milk until mixture is smooth

Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli and
bake
at 350 for 45 minutes

Serve
over a bed of rice with a green grape
garnish,
I also
serve
with buttered
warmed
french
bread
.
