When Summer Gives You Lemons, Make Sangria

Ingredients

1/2 cup triple sec
1/2 cup brandy
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can san Pellegrino aranciata or limonata

Preparation

Start with a very large pitcher or wide container.

Thinly slice in one orange, a lemon, a lime and a peach.

Pour 1/2 c triple sec, 1/2 c brandy and 1/3 cup oj over the fruit.

Add 0-2 tbs sugar (this depends on the wine, and personal choice).

This fruit mixture can sit and mull in the fridg overnite.

When you are ready to finish preparing the sangria, lightly mash the fruit with a potato masher to release the juice.

Add the COLD red wine and top off with the san Pelligrino orange or lemon just before serving over ice.
