Combine equal portions of apple, salted peanuts and banana. Set aside.

Mix until smooth. Now add: 1/4 tsp. mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. water

Mix and cook on low heat until thick. Add 2 tablespoons butter and let cool. Pour over fruit and mix. (Dressing is great over other fruit salads and as fruit dip.)
