Holiday Pineapple Kugel Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces
wide
egg
noodles

large
eggs
6 tablespoons
melted
butter
1/2 cup
sugar
(can use more for taste)
8 ounces crushed
pineapple
w/juice
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
8 oz
pineapple
rings
Maraschino cherries
Preparation

Boil
noodles

Beat
eggs w/melted butter and cinnamon

Add sugar and vanilla;
beat
well until
blended

Stir
in
crushed
pineapple w/juice and cooked noodles

Pour into
baking
dish

Place pineapple rings over
top

Add cherries to the holes or opening on
top

Cover w/foil and
bake
at 350° for 30 minutes; UNCOVER and
bake
for 20 minutes more. The
top
will be lightly
browned
.
