Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 gram of a 250 block of butter, very soft
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 12 oz. pack of chocolate morsels (tempered)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Turbo broiler - Preheat the turbo broiler to 150C

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the very soft butter with the sugars and vanilla extract.

Add the egg and beat until smooth.

Add the chocolate (tempered)

Add the flour mixture and stir until blended.

The dough will be soft and sticky. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 10-11 minutes.
