Reese's Peanut Butter Cheese Cake

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 (8 ounces) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (soften)
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven 350 degrees

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs

Press crumbs into the bottom of a 9" spring-form pan.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes, remove and allow to cool

In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth

Add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla

Stir in chopped peanut butter cups, and pour cheese cake batter into crust

Bake for 45 minutes, remove from oven, let cool and carefully remove from spring-form pan.

Let chill for 2 hours and serve with chocolate syrup and garnish with Reese's cups. Enjoy!
