The Housewife Diary Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon paprika
8 slices bacon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.

Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

Spread each breast with garlic then place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on top of each.

Roll up each breast and wrap chicken with 1-2 slices of bacon. Bacon will keep chicken from unraveling.

Place in baking dish sprinkle with parsley and paprika then bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.

Broil on high for approximately 3-5 minutes until bacon is browned, and Voila!
