Chocolate Blancmange

Ingredients

tablespoon cornflour
1 pint milk
2 tablespoons chocolate, grated
2 teaspoons cocoa
1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Dissolve cocoa in a little boiling water.

Dissolve cornflour in a little of the milk.

Bring remaining milk, cocoa and sugar to the boil. Add grated chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

Whisk in the dissolved cornflour, return to the heat and cook for a few more minutes.

Strain into a mould and refrigerate until set.

Turn out onto a serving dish and decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
