Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1 fresh peeled banana
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

In blender, process the juice and banana together. Gradually add berries. You may need to stir above blade level while blending if using frozen fruit.

Leftovers may be frozen in plastic containers. When ready to use, let thaw to a semi-soft consistency for best flavor, or microwave in container on high for 30 seconds.
