Meatball Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
4 slc Bread
1 teaspoon Onion, minced
1 small can Evaporated milk
1 lrg can Chicken Rice Soup
1 lrg can Cream of mushroom soup
1 salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except soup, in large mixing bowl. Roll white bread until crumbly. Roll into meatballs 1" round. Place meatballs in 13x9 baking dish. Pour both of the soups over meatballs, spread well with spatula. Bake 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
