Bleu Cheese Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

A food processor
1 1/4 oil (I used a mixture of canola and olive oil)
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
15 grinds of black pepper
3 teaspoons of lemon juice or flavored vinegar (I used Fig Infused W
1/2 of mayo recipe from above
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water

For Mayo:

Add egg, 1/4 cup of oil, and all other ingredients. Run processor for 1 minute, then slowly add in the remaining oil. (Even my mini food processor has a reservoir with little drip holes at the top.)

For Bleu Cheese Dressing:

Take half of the mayo, about 3/4 cup, in food processor with bleu cheese, cut into 1 inch pieces. In a glass measuring cup, combine all liquid ingredients. Process liquid ingredients into bleu cheese and mayo mixture. Add sour cream. Store in a tight container in the fridge or use all in one sitting (that won't be difficult!)
