Chocolate Goblin Cookies

Ingredients

Melt shortening and chocolate in 2-quart saucepan.

Blend in brown sugar, buttermilk, egg and vanilla.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 1 minute; remove from sheet. Cool and frost.

To make the icing, melt together butter, chocolate and milk. Stir in confectioner's sugar. If necessary, think with additional milk until of spreading consistency.
