Ingredients
20 pipis
300 ml
milk
seasoned flour
native
herbs
Preparation
1
Soak
pipis in water for 2 hours to remove sand.

Put 1cm of water into
heated
camp oven or frypan. Add pipis.

Once
shells
open, add 600mls water and
simmer
for about 10 mins.
4
Strain
and add milk.
5
Thicken
with the
seasoned
flour
blended
with a little of the milk.
6
Serve
sprinkled with native herbs.
