Ingredients
20 pipis
300 ml
milk
seasoned flour
native
herbs
Preparation
1
Soak
pipis in water for 2 hours to remove sand.

Put 1cm of water into
heated
camp oven or frypan. Add pipis.

Once
shells
open, add 600mls water and
simmer
for about 10 mins.

Strain
and add milk.

Thicken
with the
seasoned
flour
blended
with a little of the milk.

Serve
sprinkled with native herbs.
