Step 1 |
In saucepan, melt butter and saute vegetables 5-10 minutes. Add broth, tomatoes, and herbs. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add macaroni and pepperoni and heat through. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Serve with corn bread, biscuits, or popovers. |
