Prawns With Armoricaine

Ingredients

800 grams Prawns
20 cloves of white wine
30 cloves of water
4 tablespoons of tomato paste

Preparation

Wash your vegetables. Peel your turnip. Cut your vegetables coarsely and mix with the Blinder.

In a hot pan, pour a tablespoon of olive oil and fry everything for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Incorporate your preparation for your tomato paste. Stir well.

Then add your shrimp. Sprinkle your white wine and water. Add salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes over medium heat. (If your sauce is too thick, you can dilute by adding water or white wine.)

Taste and adjust seasoning.
