Ingredients

3 cups white sugar

5 rounded tablespoons instant coffee

4 cups water

375 mls (1 fifth) vodka

1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

Bring sugar, instant coffee and water to boil. Simmer gently for one hour.

Cool. Stir in Vodka and Vanilla. Bottle.
