About

This recipe is from A Communal Table. http://www.acommunaltable.com/cuban-burger-with-lime-mayonnaise/

She uses this great pre-made sofrito from www.OldHavanaFoods.com that I have used in the past and is delicious. It is great for making chicken and rice (arroz con pollo), braised short ribs, tacos, Cuban Sloppy Joes (picadillo). They also have a chili Cubano which makes great chili, pulled pork etc.
