Steamed Salmon With Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

1 medium Salmon Steak
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Rice Wine
1 teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil
Fresh Ginger, cut into thin strips, optional

Preparation

Mash black beans by fork or in mortar. Add soy sauce, sugar, rice wine and dark sesame oil. Mix well

Place spring onion on a plate, put fish steak on top

Spread black bean mixture evenly over the steak. Sprinkle by some ginger

Place fish into steaming rack, cover and steam about 10 min
