Imperial Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1/2 cup Chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
1 slc Ginger, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon , Cornstarch (rounded)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well. It is used in making Oriental Beef Imperial where it is cooked to thicken.
