Baked Italian Spaghetti

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, saute until brown: 1 lb. ground meat

Add: 1/2 c. burgundy wine 1/2 tsp. each oregano, rosemary, marjoram and basil Dash garlic salt 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for one hour. Break 1/2 pound spaghetti into 2 inch lengths. Cook according to package directions; drain. Add to sauce with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Turn into casserole. Top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.

Note; Recipe can be prepared the day before and refrigerated.
