Peanut Butter Cookie Balls

Mix dry ingredients.

Next combine oil, vanilla, rice milk and peanut butter.

Blend well.

The batter is going to be thick and crumbly.

Knead as best as you can.

Form balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 to 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool completely before frosting.

Chocolate Frosting:

Cocoa powder

Confectioners’ sugar

Raw honey

Blend until thick enough for spreading.

The dough is going to be crumbly so you have to knead it all together. Don't be discouraged if it does not roll easily - just form it into balls. When it bakes it all comes together.
