Pasta With Tomato Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 Cloves minced garlic
2 pounds Very ripe fresh tomatoes, peeled
1/2 teaspoon Salt
cup Fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup Wine
1/2 cup Heavy cream

Preparation

Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic in oil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove skillet from heat. In a food processor or blender, combine peeled tomatoes, salt and chopped basil. Process until combined, but still a little chunky. Return skillet to heat. Pour in tomato mixture and add wine. Simmer over low heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Season to taste with pepper. Stir in
