Pear Pistachio Crisp
Ingredients
Filling:
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 pears, peeled and sliced
2/3 cup dried Bing cherries
1/4 cup apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons rum extract
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup butter, chilled
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped

Using a food processor, pulse together all ingredients until fine & crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture.
