Michelle Obama Talks Presidential Diet Weaknesses

Michelle Obama might just be the healthiest First Lady America has ever had, but even she has her weaknesses. 

"If there are French fries in the vicinity, I'm done. It's over," Obama said. 

Her husband, President Barack Obama, has a few more vices. 

"Barack, his [vice] is chips and salsa and guacamole. And peanuts, almonds, pecans," the First Lady said. "And there's a way that he eats that we tease him about: He kind of shakes them in one hand and creates, like, a little dispenser with his index finger where he can just pop them in his mouth. He's a nut guy. That's what he's munching on all the time." 

Obama is so committed to her health and fitness that she begins her workout at 4:30am, which gives her time to exercise for an hour before her children wake up. When the president isn't traveling, he often joins his wife for a morning workout.
