French Toast in a Cup

April 1, 2013

Food in a cup is always great, but when it's French Toast in a Cup, things just get a whole lot better! The below recipe comes to us from Prudent Baby, who somehow managed to make this delicious-looking breakfast treat in just two minutes.

"First you need bread. This is pan de mie, which is basically just French for sandwich bread. Your weber white will work fine, or whatever you have on hand," Prudent Baby reads. "I prefer my French toast soft-ish but if you like a little crunch go for a baguette. It truly does not matter. An old croissant. A nutty multigrain. A pile of tortillas might even work, I'm not kidding."

- 1 to 1 1/2 slices of bread, cubed
