Whiskey-Chile Ham Kebabs are a Griller's Last Hurrah

November 4, 2013

Seize these final perfect-weather days and get that grill fired up one last time for amazing marinated ham steak kebabs. It's worth it; we promise. Grab your favorite whiskey, sticky-sweet maple syrup and some heated chipotle peppers for a kebab recipe that'll stick to your ribs and pull you through the long winter months.

If it's just too cold outside, these can be made on a stove-top grill pan or in something like a George Foreman plug-in grill.
