Tender, Succulent Roasted Asparagus Recipe

One of the many Spring veggies that can be taken advantage of is the humble Asparagus. The recipe below shows how to turn these simple green stalks into something truly succulent and worthy of your spring cookout.



1 lb asparagus spears (thick spears are best for roasting)
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher Salt
Freshly grated black pepper
Lemon juice
